ENGINEERING
Material, capacity, gradient, route and environment
Material size, bulk density, moisture and abrasiveness are evaluated together with design and peak capacity, conveying distance, route gradient, lift and installation environment to establish a sound basis for equipment selection and system design.
Selection, calculation, layout, drive and safety strategy
Based on the operating analysis, we determine belt width, belt speed, drive power, braking, take-up and safety protection, while coordinating equipment layout, control logic and project interfaces.
Process control, inspection, shipping and site coordination
Manufacturing follows approved technical documents, with inspection of critical components, welding quality, assembly accuracy and factory performance, followed by coordinated packing, shipping and installation support.
Installation guidance, commissioning, training and spares
We provide installation guidance, system commissioning, operator training, maintenance recommendations and spare-parts support, with continuing optimization based on operating feedback.
